Booking a session or event...
We will schedule a call or meeting to go over your needs.  We'll detail the venue, fees and obtain a list of moments you most want captured. 
Once you book with us you will be asked to read and agree to this policy.  A down payment will be requested to hold your date. Events will be 50% of your quoted price. Portrait sessions will be a $25 holding fee. 
Dates will not be held without a down payment and agreement to this policy. (Please read it)
Full payment must be made prior to any work being done.  Your fees are non-refundable as they go towards our time and skills.
The day has come...
On your event or session day Purple Wagon will arrive promptly, cheerfully and ready for work.  
We will respect your time, so please respect ours and show up on time.
We will patiently work with you to capture the moments that are important to you. 
We work hard to capture the best quality we can.  That being said, we ONLY deliver the best images and will NOT deliver ones that do not represent our work. 
After the session/event is over we go into our magical studio and edit the best images we've taken.  Expect about a week for your images.  We will most likely post a sneak peek on social media as we edit all the fun. (Let us know if that's a no no for you we respect that)
Your images are done...
We've edited your images and will provide you with a link to download them. This link will remain active for 3 weeks so please download them and back them up.
We are not responsible for lost files once you have them.
A flash drive can be purchased for $20.  We do not make CDs or prints.
A release will also be provided so you can print your images as you wish.
Purple Wagon retains the rights to use images for social media, website and marketing.  We do have a release form and a fee if you wish to purchase sole use.
Changes to edits need to be submitted within 30 days of delivery.  Any changes requested after that time may result in an additional fee.
Images will not be delivered until full payment has been made
You need to cancel/reschedule...
We understand things come up and will respect your time. Please also respect our time and give us notice.
One week PRIOR for a session and TWO weeks prior to an event is our requested time to reschedule.
If you need to cancel please do so PRIOR to one week of your date for portraits or TWO weeks for an event.  Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your holding fee.
